Phone number

The Phone number includes a clickable "phone" and "message" icon buttons that allow users to initiate a phone call or send a message directly using the phone number data directly from the Record View.

Show as

For the form view of a table synced from Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, firstly, choose this field as Phone number.

For an Alloy table, from the table view in the Data tab, choose the column type as Phone number to get this type of component.

Title

This setting allows you to define a clear, concise label for the phone number. The title should inform users about the purpose of the number, such as "Customer Support Number" or "Office Contact."

Visibility

Control whether to show or hide the component to users. You can choose:

• Yes to hide the component.

• No to show the component.

• Or, you can configure a rule using PowerFX to customize its visibility based on specific conditions.
