Phone number (for Alloy table)

This field type is for phone number entries, ensuring that the data is accurate, complete, and protected.

The Phone Number field type is linked to columns of type Phone Number in the Alloy table.

This field is specifically designed to capture and validate phone numbers, ensuring that the data entered is formatted correctly and meets specified criteria.

Default Value

Pre-fill the Phone Number field with a standard phone number or placeholder text when the form is initially loaded.

This can be useful for providing an example or a common number format to guide users. If left blank, the field will be empty, requiring the user to input their own phone number.

Secured field

This setting ensures that the phone number entered is encrypted and securely stored.

This is particularly important for protecting personal information like phone numbers from unauthorized access. When this checkbox is enabled, it adds an extra layer of security to safeguard the data.

Validation

• Min Length: This setting specifies the minimum number of digits required for the phone number.

• Max Length: This setting limits the maximum number of digits that can be entered in the Phone Number field.
